Grace Coddington’s September Issue home up for sale again

Do you have an extra $1.8 million dollars lying around and looking to invest in some fashion history? If you do, Grace Coddington‘s apartment from The September Issue is up for sale again.

Coddington sold the Greenwich Village penthouse condominium to Josephine de La Baume, DJ Mark Ronson’s fiancée and the current face of Agent Provocateur back in 2009 for $1.45 million, and now de La Daume has put it back on the market again for a tidy $1.8 million dollars. The apartment covers 1,225-square-feet, features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a private outdoor space, two working wood-burning fireplaces and built-in mahogany wood shelves.

The Real Deal reports that Coddington purchase the property back in 1987 for $352,000 and its claim to fame is that it was home to the Creative Director of Vogue during the filming of the cult favourite fashion documentary, The September Issue in 2008. Though Nick Gavin, the agent with the Corcoran Group who are handling the listing says that the condo “can attract so many different types” with the apartments past residents “gives you an idea of who would want to live there.”
