Yes, Victoria Beckham said that phrase - it has been caught on camera on a dVbstyle.com behind the scenes clip. According to the footage from a promotional trip to Japan a few months ago, erect nipples are illegal in Japan.
Is that even true? Well according to the topic raised at Yahoo Answers, it’s not true. It is however, illegal to have erect nipples in Singapore though.
Question is, did it the soon-to-be high fashion dress designer to wear a bra that would hide erect nipples? The clip isn’t very good quality, but we all get the idea. I have no more words.
