Developments at Burberry: is Kate back, is Agyness dropped and is Rosie in?

Word on the web is that Agyness Deyn has been dropped from the Burberry Fall 208/09 advertising campaign line up for being “too famous”.

The British “it” model has reportedly been replaced by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley who was Christopher Bailey’s date to the Met Costume Institue Gala last week.

But then came picture evidence of former Burberry girl, Kate Moss (pictured right modeling for the Spring 2002 ad campaign), has resigned with the British luxury house. She was spotted channeling Brigette Bardot in a photoshoot this week which was supposedly for Burberry.

According to British tabloid, News off the World, Kate was re-signed earlier this month after Burberry ditcher Agyness.

Interesting developments…

Who would you prefer to see at Burberry, Agyness, Kate or Rosie?

Too Famous??? Burberry is stupid to drop Agyness. Burberry sales have increased by 18% since having Agyness modeling for them while other designers have reported record lows. We’ll see what happens.
