Ah Ms Rizzo, head of the Pink Ladies, has truck loads of sex appeal and is the resident tough girl with a heart.
While Grease was made in 1978 (and set in late 1950's), the fashions from the movie have reached iconic status. Everywhere you look at costume parties there are 'Pink Ladies', or a 'Danny & Sandy', or there is some sexy young lady dressed like Rizzo. This tough and head strong young lady sure knew how to dress.
She showed off her curves in sexy figure hugging pencil skirts or cropped pants while others wore the fuller 50's style poodle skirts. Shirts were a staple, after all you can just rip it off for a quickie and button it back up right? Plus they made her look so stylish and proper without losing her edginess. Often seen in Grease with dark bold colours, from black, red, purple and blue.
She showed off her true style when she showed up for the dance in a sexy red dress with black dots and a sassy black flower (inspired Sarah Jessica Parker? I think so!). Add some tafferta and some strappy red sandals, you have a red hot outfit to make any guy jealous.
Don't have a date to dance? Pop into a figure hugging pencil skirt and shirt and do as Rizzo did! Don't forget your strappy sandals and never rely on a guy to provide the protect though girls!
