Video: The making of Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2011 with Marc Jacobs
So much has been written about the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2011 advertising campaign staring up and coming models Nayasha Matonhodze, Daphne Groeneveld, Gertrud Hegelund, Anaïs Pouliot, Fei Fei Sun and Zuzanna Bijoc. Shot by Steven Miesel, there was so much to the advertising campaign itself: from the pristine vintage cars to the models, styling and the dogs, there was not one detail that was left up to chance.
We were sent this great ‘making of’ video which features Vuitton’s Creative Director, Marc Jacobs talking his ad campaign with some adorable behind the scenes footage.
“Who wouldn’t want to be this gorgeous young woman in the back seat of this beautiful car?” asked Marc Jacobs in a release. “And wherever she’s going, she’s dressed in style this season by Louis Vuitton.”
The video gives another aspect to an already strong campaign that has me falling in love with Louis Vuitton all over again.
What do you think of the video?
