Versace are building condominium buildings in Southeast Asia, in Manila, Philippines to be exact. The Milano Residence‘s will mark Versace Home’s entrance into Asia.
Currently in construction with Century Properties in Makati in Manila’s financial centre, it is reported that Versace Home will be investing about USD$68 million into the project which will be given the Versace touch in all 34 floors with all public spaces to be given extra attention. That includes everything from hallways, pool garden, spa, library, lounge, and in the condominium building’s grand lobby.
According to reports there will be 340 Versace condo’s on sale with prices starting at USD$100,000 to $1 million. Perhaps fashionable locals like BryanBoy and Imelda Marcos will be given a discount so we can dream up chance meetings between the pair at the private plunge pools.
The Milano Residences in Manila, Philippines is expected to be completed in 2015.
It’s not just Donald who’s making a marketing presence in the Philippines and lending internationally recognized names to property developments. Celebrity socialite Paris Hilton has personally endorsed the Azure Urban Resort Residences, which will feature the Paris Beach Club, while Gian Giacomo Ferraris, chief executive officer of iconic lifestyle brand Versace, has thrown his support for The Milano Residences Manila, another Century Properties venture, which will feature the Versace Home within the project.
