Skyy Vodka gets a Patricia Field/Sex and the City 2 make over
Product placement in the first Sex and the City movie was a little crass for our liking, so we’re not exactly eagerly anticipating the sequel in fear of having the highest bidding brands pushed down our throats. One of those brands who have scored an appearance in the Sex and the City 2 movie is Skyy Vodka and have something for every SATC fan – limited edition Sex and the City 2 bottles of Skyy Vodka, designed iconic costume designer by Patricia Field.
“So many of the Sex and the City’s most stylish moments have been when the ladies were out in Manhattan, dressed to the nines, bonding over fun cocktails,” says Field. “SKYY Vodka has always been a brand with style, so I was thrilled to partner with them to create something special that celebrates those special ‘cocktail couture’ moments that truly are the essence of SKYY and Sex and the City.”
The Skyy Vodka limited edition Sex and the City bottle will be released just because the movie launches on May 28, 2010. I see many a Cosmopolitan set to be made to celebrate the movie launch.
