Kim Ellery’s namesake label Ellery has grown to be a party girl staple, proving it’s hipster appeal by packing out the venue for their Spring/Summer 2010 show last year that even the most seasoned journalists had to turn into crowd surfers to get in the front door (not literarily). So Australian chain for all things hipster, Sportsgirl, came knocking and we couldn’t have thought of a better partnership.
Titled The High Priestesses of Rock ‘n Roll, Ellery has designed 8 dance floor ready pieces for the girl who likes to rock and roll. Think modern day (young) Kate Moss, complete with zebra print leggings, tops and dresses though we personally loved the tailored black vest and cropped black jacket (both pictured below).
The Sportsgirls Like: Ellery collection hits selected Sportsgirl stores from April 12, 2010 with pieces ranging from $95 to $350.
