It was just a week ago when Vogue’s Editor-At-Large (and America’s Next Top Model judge) Andre Leon Talley claimed he didn’t have a Twitter saying “It’s fraudulent, it’s fraudulent! It’s fake, it’s bogus.” Well it didn’t take him long to jump on the Twitter train long after, calling himself @OficialALT, perhaps encouraged by Diane von Furstenberg herself as the news was announced on the @InsideDVF twitter account. The pair were looking at DvF’s designs from the last 4 years for a retrospective show, so perhaps the subject of Twitter came up in conversation and one thing lead to another. Since his first tweet, ALT has gone on to talk about LaQuan Smith, Alexander McQueen and a Sunday Times article.
