Christie Brinkley set to play a fashion editor on Ugly Betty

With Rebecca Romijn’s departure from the Ugly Betty, the series producers must have thought they needed another supermodel on the show so they asked all American supermodel Christie Brinkley to make a guest appearance on the show. She is set to play Penelope Graybridge, the fashion editor of a competing magazine to Mode. She’ll join singer Shakira who is set to play herself in an upcoming episode in season 4. [EOnline]
