NYFW S/S 2010: Cynthia Steffe, romance is in the air

So far New York Fashion Week has been offering up a spring 2010 full of pretty sportswear, and for the most part Cynthia Steffe was no different with pretty florals, ruffled accents and fluid moment. The girls seemed to be set to attend a chic garden party, or at the very least the season 1 finale of Gossip Girl when Lily (nee van der Woodsen) marries Bart Bass, perhaps romance is in the air?
