Gucci sues companies who ‘facilitate sale of counterfeit bags’

Gucci’s lawyers are hard at work, after winning a lawsuit against the former wife of Paolo Gucci, Gucci America have now taken aim at ‘several credit card processing companies for trademark infringement’. They claim that these company facilitated the sale of counterfeit Gucci bags on the Internet and that buy processing the transactions they are “full partners in those counterfeiting activities.” [Reuters]
