Scanlan & Theodore celebrate Barbie’s 50th with runway installation
Australian fashion brand, Scanlan & Theodore are throwing a fashionable celebration for Barbie’s 50th birthday. After dressing the likes of Sienna Miller and Mischa Barton, the brand has created 12 miniature looks for Barbie straight out of the Scanlan & Theodore Spring 2009 line.
Barbie gets to show off her modeling expertise on a custom built runway and to ensure she is looking her best, each Barbie supermodel has had her hair quaffed by Sophie Roberts and make up applied by MAC’s Linda Jefferies.
It’s quite a display which should be viewed in person if you can get to Scanlan & Theodore’s Paddington store on Oxford Street from Tuesday July 28th for three weeks.

This reminds me of the Viktor and Rolf dolls but i love the idea and will definately try to make the exhibition.
