Custom made Cavalli

Roberto Cavalli has gone from launching a collection for H&M to the other end of the fashion scale with news that he now has a made-to-measure service who want “that certain cocktail, evening or wedding dress in tune with the spirit of the Italian fashion house,” WWD reports.

With no more than 35 dresses produced each year and a price range starting at €30,000 the Roberto Cavalli Saint Honore aims to cater to a very exclusive crowd indeed. But according to Mrs Eva Cavalli, the collection isn’t the start of the house of Cavalli dabbling in the world of haute couture.

“Clients who want a special outfit from Cavalli now will know that they can obtain it,” she said. [WWD]
