Australian label TL Wood launching online boutique with sole owner
One of my favourite Melbourne fashion brands is preparing to launch an online boutique – T.L. Wood. Loved for its elegant tailoring paired with fluid fabrics, the brand are expanding online with an online store set to launch on August 12. “It’s a way of expanding the label worldwide,” Teresa Liano told 2Threads. “It’s a bit of an experiment – I’m not sure how it will go.”
Meanwhile, Liano has taken over as the sole owner of T.L. Wood, ending her professional partnership with Christopher Wood.
“My professional relationship with Chris ended over two years ago, we made the decision to dissolve the partnership and that was mutual,” Liano tells us. “I am spending most of my energy focusing on expanding the label and seeing it reach its full potential as a leading Australian fashion brand.”
