Jack McCollough: would not hurt a fly

The fashion world is currently buzzing with post-Met Ball gossip about one half of Proenza Schouler, Jack McCollough, allegedly being head butted by Kiefer Sutherland at a Costume Institute Gala after-party.

The incident occurred at a party hosted by Rodarte pair, Kate and Laura Mulleavy in Soho on Tuesday morning wiith speculation over what had actually occurred – it’s said that McCollough knocked Brooke Shields over and Sutherland demanded and apology, or that McCollough had interrupted Shields and Sutherland’s conversation.

“Anyone who knows Jack McCollough knows that he would not hurt a fly,” McCollough’s spokeperson told People. “All we can say at this point is that he was the victim of a vicious, violent, unprovoked assault and that the matter is in the hands of the authorities.”

Sutherland’s laywer declined to comment to People, but photos of the McCollough’s injuries speak for itself.
