When was the last time you fashionable ladies went fishing? If you’re a regular by the lakes and seas, hoping to catch your evening meal, Chanel could help you catch some equally label friendly fish with the Chanel fishing rod.

The Guardian reports that Karl Lagerfeld has added a fishing rod to the Chanel Sport collection.

The Chanel fishing rod comes with a set of monochrome Chanel flies, complete with the double C logo on their gossamer wings. In true Chanel style, the flies come in their own quilted black leather box.

Coco Chanel it seems was a fan of fishing, but are you ready to pay for £9,170 for a Chanel fishing rod?

Photos have been released of the quilted Chanel fishing set. It comes with a Chanel branded carbon fishing rod, fishing reel, knife and box for flies with the complete kit is encased in quilted leather with double-C clasps and the leather/chain straps.
