Steve & Barrys to sell Sex and the City movie tees and tanks
It sure comes in handy when you have a collaboration deal with the star of one of the hottest movies to be released this year. Steve & Barry’s are probably going to cash in when they release their collection of official Sex and the City: The Movie line of tees and tanks as part of Sarah Jessica Parker’s Bitten collection.
The retail chain now want you to get “Carried” away today as the Sex and the City: The Movie t-shirts and tank tops are released. Each top features SATC style phrases such as “I’m with Mr. Big” and “I (Heart) Sex and the City,” and stills from the movie.
A percentage of the merchandise sale will go towards helping the Childen’s DefenseFund and with each piece available for $8.98 or less… even if you wear the tops to bed, it’s already a bargain.

Any word on the launch date of the SATC merchandise?

Yea, I actually know that because… I went. And bought 4 – one for me, one for Mom, one for each of my 2 sisters. We’re going to wear them to the movie when we see it together. We’re dorks.
What there was: There appeared to be 3 t-shirts and 3 tank tops- black, white, and pink. The pink T and white tank said “I (heart) Sex and the City”. The black and white T and black and pink tank said “Sex and the City” in a glittery sort of writing. I would have loved to have seen something else, something with catchphrases maybe, but for $8.98, they weren’t bad at all.
