Chanel’s East-West bag, modeled by Christy Turlington
We told you in January that Christy Turlington was the face of Chanel’s accessories campaign as photographed by Karl Lagerfeld this spring 2008 – complete with German/milk maid looking plaits in her hair. Well here’s one image we didn’t show you at the time – Ms Turlington with the Chanel East-West Bag.
The chic sister to the Chanel 2.55, it features quilted leather, Chanel’s signature chain strap, twist clasp, seam detail on the flap and finished with white metal . It’s available in colour combinations: white with black, black with white, burgundy with ivory and brown with ivory.
It will be available at Chanel boutiques this month.
