Irina Lazareanu shows support for Angelina Jolie’s charity
The Global Action for Children has some new supporters in the form of Marilyn Model Management models like Irina Lazareanu, Iekeliene Stange and Angelika Kocheva at New York Fashion Week.
WWD is reporting that the popular Canadian model (and rumored fiancé of Pete Doherty) has been wearing a t-shirt featuring the seal of Global Action for Children, which is also a charity Angelina Jolie supports. Lazareanu hopes that, by wearing the shirt while prepping for hair and makeup, she will raise awareness of the initiative, which benefits children in developing countries.
“No one has asked me about the shirt yet, but I hope that will change by the end of the week,” the model said backstage at the Matthew Williamson show.
Now if only we could find a picture of Irina in the t-shirt…
