Gisele, the world’s rich model on the cover of Bazaar’s Power Issue

Gisele Bundchen was Forbes richest model last year, so it comes as no surprise that she was chosen for the March 2008 cover of British Harper’s Bazaar.

It apparently also helped that she is as savvy as she is sexy.

“I love the way she has the business sense to ask to be paid in euros rather than pounds,” Bazaar’s EIC, Lucy Yeomans’ told the Guardian, referring to a rumour last year about Gisele’s preferred method of payment.

Wearing a dress from Prada’s spring 2008 collection, Gisele was photographed by Michelangelo di Battista. Now if only we could get our hands on Bazaar’s 2008 Women’s Power List…
