Kitsch and cute, the Stella McCartney for LeSportsac limited edition travel collection certainly fits into the accessory brands image.

The collection has two colour palettes – Pop, which is a floral pattern of hues and blue, while Posh features solid blocks of mauve and pink – with an array of nylon totes, overnight bags and multifunction handbags.

Fashion Wire Daily, who attended the media preview for the collection on Wednesday, says that the 17 piece collection for spring 2008 is 100% eco-friendly collection and made from recycled materials, down to the biodegradable dust bags each bag comes with.

The must have item, even for grownups has to be the rabbit shaped backpack – no doubt this will be snapped up quick in Japan – with the range launching in February on LeSportsac.com.
