Natalia Vodianova retires from the runway
Valentino Garavani wasn’t the only fashion name retiring from live on the catwalk last week.
Page Six revealed that Russian supermodel, Natalia Vodianova, also retired from the runway at the grand old age of 25, after playing a staring role at the Valentino spring haute couture show.
“She may do another show in the future,” said a source, “but only for $500,000 or this large pink diamond she’s had her eye on.”
Ah Russians and diamonds, I wonder if her rich husband could just pick it up her…
As a celebration of their retirements, the former Calvin Klein model is reportedly taking taking Valentino to Moscow for a week and then to Brazil for Carnivale. I wonder who is footing the bill.

Natalia hasn’t done much runway modelling of late anyway, and probably doesn’t need the money either. After all the husband’s rich and they’re both common at the a-list parties in London. The exposure is probably all she does it for now.
