Miu Miu spring 2008 staring Kirsten Dunst

We reported last year that Kirsten Dunst had been photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott for the Miu Miu spring 2008 advertising campaign, and here it is.
Isn’t it fabulously wicked?
Sure it again features the ‘model’ sprawled on the floor wearing shades of red and navy in silks and satins contrasting against her skin, but does seem to be the Miu Miu way. I love the second image (below) of Kirsten lying on a red hardwood floor, wearing the Miu Miu spring summer 2008 finale dress.
The puffball mini skirt adds the right amount of drama to the photo.
She joins the likes of Laetitia Casta (Fall 07), Lindsay Lohan (spring 2007), Kim Basinger, Camilla Belle, Chloe Sevigny, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Drew Barrymore as faces of Miu Miu.

i really dont like kirsten dunst but the shots in this ad campaign are gorgeous. predictable, but nothing short of spectacular. they are distinctively miu miu.

Love the dress in the second ad! I’m a little bored of this style of Miu Miu ads- I wish they would do something different…

I used to hate her but I have grown to love her. I love these images, she looks amazing and is the perfect person for an advertisement like this one. Well done!

I’m not usually a Kirsten Dunst fan, but she looks amazing in these photos. The second ad is gorgeous in particular. She looks so natural. So completely the opposite of Plastic Posh in the Marc Jacobs ads.
