Converse One Star for Target – the collection

When you think of a Converse One Star clothing collection the image of skater / streetwear pieces come to mind. But in their collaboration with Target the collection is quite contemporary.
The first collection for the long-term collaboration sees great sportswear pieces that are perfect for summer. From lightweight knitwear to feminine dresses and contemporary outwear and tops, it is the extra embellishments of beading, cute slogans, sequins or metallic’s that give these pieces a different dimension.
Sure it’s not as fashion forwards as Proenza Schouler or Luella for Target, but it’s beautifully detailed and wearable. I like it.
You can buy the pieces from Target stores and online from February 2008.
