The good movie reviews for The Black Balloon, staring Toni Collette and Gemma Ward keep coming in, with the latest news being that the film has been chosen for the 2008 Berlin International Film Festival.

In the Black Balloon, Ward plays a teenager Jackie Masters, whose new boyfriend Thomas is struggling to cope with his autistic brother, Charlie. The Berlin International Film Festival runs from 7 – 17 February 2008, with The Black Balloon making its international premier there.
