Julia Stegner for Maybelline, Anne Hathaway for Lancome, Jennifer Connelly for Balenciaga, Victoria Beckham for Marc Jacobs?

German model Julia Stegner is joining the likes of Christy Turlington, Erin Wasson, Adriana Lima and Zhang Ziyi as a Maybelline spokesperson.

“Julia embodies the spirited, confident energy that is Maybelline New York. We’re looking forward to working with her on many campaigns for the brand,” says Cheryl Vitali, Senior Vice President – Marketing, Maybelline New York

According to the release, Julia is extremely excited to be joining Maybelline because it’s one of the first beauty products she’s used. “Growing up I always used Maybelline products. My first mascara was Great Lash which was a favorite of all of my friends at the time and which I am still using today,” she said.

In other design endorsement deal gossip, the WWD reports that Jennifer Connelly may be wearing Nicolas Ghesquiere’s designs for Balenciaga’s spring 2008 advertising campaign, with Marc Jacobs may have approached Victoria Beckham to model for his spring 2008 signature collection.

Meanwhile over at Lancome, news is that Anne Hathaway is in talks to become a spokesperson for the brand, following in the footsteps of Kate Winslet, Clive Owen and Daria Werbowy.
