Rinko Kikuchi, best known for her work in the Western world in Brad Pitt’s movie, Babel, was photographed by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel’s cruise 2007/08 advertising campaign.
I’m so glad to see a different model featuring in the Chanel advertising campaign. Someone who isn’t Claudia Schiffer, Natasha Poly or even Daria Werbowy. Don’t even get me started on the other popular luxury advertising campaign stars like Gisele, Gemma Ward, Sasha Pivavora or even Scarlett Johansson.

I know this is amazing for her she looks great in the ads and at least she can reach out to a different audience.
