The RM (Roland Mouret) capsule collection

It’s official, Roland Mouret is back with his own clothing line. Called RM, the capsule collection debuted on the catwalk in Paris last week during Fall 2007/08 haute couture week. And the capsule collection played true to the French-born London-based designers aesthetics of playing up a woman’s body with carefully placed drapery in a sexy and confident style.

It consisted of 21 pieces, the collection included cocktail dresses in luxurious fabrics like linen and silk tweeds. It is due to hit stores in November, but you can find out more about Roland Mouret’s inspiration, details and names of each piece, watch the show, pre-order pieces now at Net-A-Porter.com.

P.S. Don’t call the collection “RM by Roland Mouret”, you could be in a bit of legal trouble. Try using “RM by the designer Roland Mouret” instead.

Thanks for the heads up. I have been calling it RM by Roland Mouret. Oops.
