Guess clothing to go fur free

Chalk another one up for PETA.

Guess Inc have announced that they will cease purchasing fur for their denim and sportswear lines as of September 1, 2007.

This news comes just weeks after PETA launched an attack on an American Burberry store after the company ignored pleas from PETA to stop using fur. While Burberry decided not to listen, Guess’ shareholders did at a meeting held in June.

Guess will now use fake fur on their designs.

  1. I just bought some very cool black and white zebra print square tip ballet flats!! I LOVE them but am bit unsure of HOW to wear them, they do attract quite some attention, would it still be ok to wear them with formal stuff and girly dresses etc or just all black (mainly pants)?? thanks heaps :D
