What isn’t embellished with Swarovski crystals these days? These stylish USB flash drives by Philips and Swarovski are the second line of products to be released as part of their new partnership to produce “a range of new and unique products that will take technology to a new, fashionable level for women.”
Everyone I’ve shown it to so far have wanted one. So what are the details?
- All four of the pictured flash drives are trimmed in silver and Swarovski crystals
- The Heart Ware and Heart Beat models open up to reveal the USB connector. Attach a silver chain and it would be a fashion accessory.
- The Lock In and Lock Out models are designed to work as pictured and would also make great key chains.
- Each USB flash drive is expected to hold 1GB with a built-in password protection.
According to the Hub Pages, there is no price available yet, but they suspect it will set you back US$200. A limited number will be available from Colette in Paris from June, and worldwide in high-end retailers, Swarovski stores and online at Swarovski.com in August.
I wonder if i can pop into Paris for a day trip and pick one up (one for EACH of us)?? Hmmmm 😀
