The Legwork DVD
One of my New Years Resolutions was to do the Legwork DVD workout for sexy legs and be able to wear high heels for longer. Well that New Years Resolution hasn’t come into been resolved and it is Easter already.
For those in New York, you can get a step a head of me by attending Legwork Saturday’s, it costs only $24.95 for a workshop class which included your own copy of Legwork the DVD to take home! You will learn how to do the Legwork workout, and then instructors will be on hand to help you achieve perfect posture, pose and poise and proper high heel walking and control

Hmmm this looks good, but if they just revealed the secret here – what is the rest of the DVD about?
