Jeans for tall girls – get you 35″ plus inseam jeans here
A friend of mine had been hunting for months for jeans that had an inseam long enough for her looooong legs. And of course I love a challenge.
First we had to confirm the length we needed, so out came a tape measure out and measured the inseam of her favourite pair of trousers – from the crotch to the hem. This is ideal because you will know for sure if you need a 34″, 35″, 36″ or 37″ inseam.
Most brands offer 34″ inseams as standard length, while some only go as long as a 35″ while brands who offer long inseams will have a 36″ or 37″ inseam. That extra inch can make all the difference when it comes to wearing heels or having an extra few centimeters to work with.
Then I got hunting. After a week or two, I found some options for the tight and not-so-tight budget!
For the tight budget, try Alloy.com’s online shop does nice looking jeans up to a 37″ inseam for less than US$43! And they stock them in various washes and classic styles. Perfect for a girl who loves to try new style and have choice.
The Gap also offer a great range of 36″ jeans, from a classic vintage style jean for $58 to a full panel maternity jean for $68.
If affordable denim isn’t your thing and you’re willing to spend a little more on a pair of jeans try:
- Wrangler 47
- Radcliff Denim
- 7 For All Mankind (who’s Mercer wash jeans I swear by)
- Paige Denim

For those who are interested, I have jeans and pants (inseam 37 and 38 – different colors) that I want to sell because I now prefer using inseam 39 ….Yes, I am tall :-).

Just so you can have an idea, I have:
1 black pant, 1 light brown pant, 1 light blue jean, 2 indigo jean, 2 regular blue jean. There are all at least 37 inseam and they fit the body. I bought them from Bershka, Notify, Tall and All, Nine to Elleven, Tallgirls and even one that I was made-to-mesure for me.
