News round ups: Gucci supports UNICEF, Bennetton is middle aged, Melim Andersson for Chloe

Benetton hit the big four zero last week and celebrated in style with a runway show in Paris’ Pompidou Center and a gala dinner. With Patti Smith performing and chartered planes full of editors from all parts of the world.
Chloe confirmed that they have named one of Marni’s Senior designers, Paulo Melim Andersson, as it’s new Chief Designer 10 months after Phoebe Philo quit the Stella McCartney resuscitated French fashion house.
