Kylie the Vogue Editor – the cover

The new cover of the Australian Vogue that Kylie Minogue guest edited has been revealed in the newspaper over the weekend with their fashion journalist insisting that “Kylie looks more mature and womanly, wearing extreme and graphic make-up with her elfin, cropped hairdo.”

Wearing Chanel and Dolce Gabbanna throughout the issue, the magazine supposedly shows Kylie as we’ve never seen her before.

It also no doubt plugs her upcoming Showgirl Homecoming tour, and her new scent named Darling – both of which are due out next month.

It should be interesting to see how much influence Kylie had over the December issue of Vogue, especially since the cover looks quite like one of the shots of from the Cate Blanchett US Vogue shoot.

On anther interesting note, guess who’s jumping on the blogging bandwagon? Australian Vogue and Kate Bosworth! Albeit for just a few days as part of her trip to Melbourne for the Spring Racing Carnival. Should be interesting to see how Ms Bosworth blogs…
