Eat cake at Viktor & Rolf for H&M

H&M will be erecting a 4 tier, 12 foot high wedding cake for the Viktor & Rolf for H&M launch in Bel-Air on today.

The wedding cake will serve as the backdrop for the fashion show that will show case Viktor Horsting and Rold Snoeren’s designs for the retail giant.

Models will walk down a spiral staircase erected around the cake onto an elevated, circular runway; show attendees will be seated at a series of quaint, white cast iron café tables during the runway presentation, reports the Daily.

At the end of the show, which will be followed by the traditional cake cutting ceremony, the designers will make their entrance with Raquel Zimmerman, who will sport their $378 silk-and-tulle bridal gown designed for H&M.

Check out the a sneak preview of the collection below – it was featured in the pages of Dutch Elle recently. For larger images visit Nitrolicious.com.

The Viktor & Rolf for H&M collection hits 250 H&M stores worldwide on November 9.

I love the blazer and the black dress!

I can’t wait until the collection hits stores… I wonder how early I will have to line up for? Does anyone know? Is anyone lining up?
